Well, I do not think there is an online service to do this, but if you want to do it manually, here are the two best ways I think to do.

We have two leagues, call the department and as A and B. The corresponding figure is the team division. I suppose you want eight teams, three playoff week. If you want more, I can speak.

Method 1 is probably what you want.

Method 1

Quarter-finals:
Game 1: A1 vs B4
Match 2: B2 vs. A3
Game 3: A2 vs B3
Game 4: B1 vs. A4

Semi-finals:
Game 5: Loser Game 1 v Loser Game 2
Game 6: Loser Game 3 vs. Loser Game 4
Game 7: Winner Game 1 vs. Winner Match 2
Game 8: WinnFirst Game 3 vs. Winner Game 4

Final:
Game 9: Loser Game 5 vs. Loser Game 6 (7.)
Game 10: Winner Game 5 vs. Winner Game 6 (5. place)
Game 11: Loser Game 7 vs. Loser Game 8 (3. place)
Game 12: Winner Game 7 vs. Winner Game 8 (1. place)

Ideal Playoff:
Game 1: A1 vs B4
Match 2: B2 vs. A3
Game 3: A2 vs B3
Game 4: B1 vs. A4

Game 5: A3 vs. B4
Game 6: B3 vs. A4
Game 7: A1 vs B2
Game 8: B1 vs A2

Match 9: A4 vs B4
Game 10: A3 vs. B3
Game 11: A2 vs B2
Game 12: A1 vs B1

Method 2

Quarter-finals:
Game 1: A1 vs A4
Match 2: A2 vs A3
Game 3: B2 vs. B3
Game 4: B1 vs B4

Semi-finals:
Game 5: Loser Game 1 v Loser Game 2
Game 6: Loser Game 3 vs. Loser Game 4
Game 7: Winner Game 1 vs. Winner Match 2
Game 8: Winner Game 3 vs. Winner Game 4

Final:
Game 9: Loser Game 5 vs. Loser Game 6 (7.)
Game 10: Winner Game 5 vs. Winner Game 6 (5. place)
Game 11: Loser Game 7 vs. Loser Game 8 (3. place)
Game 12: Winner Game 7 vs. Winner Game 8 (1. place)

Ideal Playoff:
Game 1: A1 vs A4
Match 2: A2 vs A3
Game 3: B2 vs. B3
Game 4: B1 vs B4

Game 5: A3 vs. A4
Game 6: B3 v B4
Game 7: A1 vs A2
Game 8: B1 vs B2

Match 9: A4 vs B4
Game 10: A3 vs. B3
Game 11: A2 vs B2
Game 12: A1 vs B1

You should site the FoxSports. I had a similar problem last season, and it allows me to be a 16-team league run in two divisions. The winners of each division went into the playoffs with two wild card teams. There was also a great live scoring functionality.

I think the site could be more of the 16 teams that I used, but you want to check to be sure. I may get it in a league with 32 teams that actually mimic the NFL ... the largest in the league longer realistic, and it is difficult to own imagination.

There are many online systems you can do, but not free, to my knowledge. My leagues have used several years MyFantasyLeague.com. When you subscribe to a discount.
