How to get into the big billiard tournaments like in Las Vegas? - billiards las vegas
I read about the APA, BCA, etc. I am totally confused. Who is who? Who brings the big tournaments and how to achieve? Has he in a league? What about membership? Anyone familiar with the knowledge about this, please advise. What is the first step? TIA.

The BCA and APA have their own leagues. You should be able to use these local offices or the BCA or APA Web site, or find a local pool hall. Some tournaments are team tournaments, others are more direct. I'm not sure whether they are by tender, or if you are entitled to or what.
Otherwise, there are several regional tours with a tour of the tournaments in which several stations are completely different. Most tournaments are run as a double elimination.
