I recently had an MRI for neck or shoulder pain on the right. They have a picture of my shoulder, only this column. I have a copy of the report and does not understand all the medical waste in it. Can someone explain?

Technology: MRI of the cervical spine was performed on 1.5-tesla magnet. Sagittal T1, sagittal FSE T2, STIR, FSE T2 and axial T2 * weighted gradient images.

Conclusions: It is the preservation of the vertebral height and alignment, without fracture or subluxation. Very slight loss of normal Zervikallordose with the upper cervical spine. No abnormal signal cable. It is the preservation of the intravertebral disc height and signal. Craniovertebral junction is normal.

Axial images show: C5-C6, doubling the central spondylosis without central stenosis, or holes.

The remaining space shows no signs of herniation, stenosis or central holes. Incidentally noted left subcentimeter lymph nodes, probably reactive.

Impression: No evidence of disc herniation and stenosis of the central holes in each level.
